Morten WinsløvEmployed by the law firm in 1994. A partner since 1 January 1998. A qualified lawyer since 1993 and a Supreme Court Attorney since 1998. Morten Winsløv’s main areas of expertise are focused on general commercial advice within issues pertaining to business law; to commercial relations in general; to succession; to the drawing up of contracts; and to construction law – comprising proceedings before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board and the Public Contracts Appeals Board. Allan Schouw-PetersenEmployed in 2004. Allan Schouw-Petersen, who has been a qualified lawyer since 2003, is a Supreme Court Attorney. He is primarily responsible for appearing before the court; for providing legal advice in connection with the acquisition and sale of businesses; succession; the drawing up of contracts; and for the administration of estates. He is also involved in general commercial advice and in construction law – comprising appearances before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board. To Allan Schouw-Petersen, the taking on of voluntary positions and duties has always been second nature – as is e.g. the case with respect to Greve Erhverv and various other associations – in particular within sport where Allan Schouw is also a member of the sport lawyers’ association and of the Greve Strands Badmintonklub sponsor committee. In addition, he holds several board-membership positions in a number of commercial companies. |

Marianne Brichmann AndersenEmployed since 1985. Manager of Sydkystens Ejendomsadministration. An authorised estate agent since 1985 and the law firm’s consultant on issues pertaining to homeownership. In the main, Marianne Brichmann Andersen’s areas of responsibility constitute the handling of purchase and sale of real property – comprising restaurants as well as business, industrial, agricultural property. She provides advice to prospective house buyers and sellers; and, in particular in cases where the seller has found a buyer on his own, she takes care of the drawing up and completion of documents on behalf of the seller. She is moreover responsible for the administration of commercial properties, rental properties plus cooperative housing associations and for the management of the project department’s real-property developments. |

Annette Barfoed JensenEmployed since August 2007 as a law-firm bookkeeper. Annette is responsible for the law-firm’s bookkeeping and for the administration of the law-firms’s subsidiary Sydkystens Ejendomsadministration. She is originally educated in a bank. |

Anette ClausenEmployed in the law firm and in Sydkystens Ejendomsadministration since February 2002. She is responsible for the administration of private as well as commercial rental properties and cooperative housing associations. She also works with real-property related aspects in general – comprising digital land registration. As a result of her administrative tasks, Anette is in contact with a widespread network of builders, banks, mortgage banks, etc. From a previous 6-year employment with our law firm, she gained experience within the real-property market and within real-property administration. Anette is also involved in development tasks for the project department. |

Ulla RohdeEmployed as a legal secretary since 2004 with subsequent education as an top legal secretary. Ulla Rohde mainly works with efficient debt collection on behalf of local banks, public and private institutions, builders, the liberal profession, and others. From previous employment relations, Ulla Rohde has considerable experience in the handling of debt collection. She is also involved in company-law matters. Helene Hove ChristensenHelene was employed as a receptionist in 2008 and, as a rule, she is the first person whom the clients will meet – be that in person or via the phone. In addition to her receptionist duties, Helene takes care of a number of secretarial functions. In the course of her employment with our law firm, she has received further education as a legal secretary and case worker. The company’s education of Helene is based on the academy profession programme at the Danish School of Public Administration which Helene completed during her previous employment with the Danish Director of Public Prosecutions and on her business diploma in for instance business economics. Camilla Kejlskov PuggaardLawyer Camilla Kejlskov Puggaard began the first 2 years of her law carrier clerking for various major Copenhagen law offices. However, she turned her attention towards trying her strengths against the diversity of legal aspects sought after by the citizens and businesses at Sydkysten; and, hence – as of 1 May 2009, Camilla Kejlskov Puggaard accepted a position as a third-year solicitor’s clerk with our law firm. In April 2010, Camilla Kejlskov Puggaard qualified as a lawyer. Camilla Kejlskov Puggaard primarily takes care of the preparation of contracts, and she also deals with matters related to employment-law. In addition, Camilla Kejlskov Puggaard is responsible for drawing up wills and marriage settlements, estate handling and court appearances. Camilla Kejlskov Puggaard also provides legal advice in connection with house or flat purchases – comprising the legal issues arising in connection with parental purchase of dwellings for the use of their children. |

Christine is educated as a legal secretary at Advokatsekretærernes Grund- & Efteruddannelse (Legal Secretaries' Educational Centre) where she completed the courses in basic training as well as the superstructure. In addition, she has completed the Association of Danish Law Firms’education into a top legal secretary. Christine’s main work areas are court and arbitration cases within the field of construction law, estate handling and related aspects – such as real-property purchase and sale and the drawing up of wills and marriage settlements. |
